ASH Ingredients- Finester 2009 (PLL)
Formulating Needs:
- Developing CLEAN BEAUTY cleansing formulas with a natural surfactant / moisturizer.
- Achieving greater mildness claims by blending with traditional surfactants.
- Obtain greater wetting and dispersing for mineral-based UV filters and pigments
Solution:
New Finester 2009 is a non-ionic, vegetable-based surfactant/emulsifer built off a lauroyl lactylate backbone that offers both high foaming and skin moisturizing. Unlike other lauroyl lactylates, Finester 2009 is a semi-flowable liquid making it easy to formulate.
